Reference: VU-Meters

These VU-Meters monitor the audio levels when the broadcast is in progress.
They give visual feedback for the streamed audio modulation.

The level should peak near 100% when broadcasting live: adjust the input level accordingly. If the level tops constantly at 100%, then acoustic distortion will occur.
